Frontline Staff Skills Competition
The company held a knitwear skills competition, featuring three major events: craft templates, garment sewing, and garment inspection. Contestants demonstrated their superb skills in all aspects of the operation. The garment sewing process showcased meticulous craftsmanship, while the inspection stage showcased meticulous quality control. After rigorous scoring by the judges, the winners were awarded honors. Dragon Boat Festival activities
On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, Handa Industries's Yunnan factory organized a zongzi (rice dumplings) making activity for its employees. Chinese and Burmese employees gathered in the cafeteria, wrapping the zongzi with leaves and filling it with glutinous rice, enjoying the fragrance of mugwort and the charm of Dragon Boat Festival culture. First-time Burmese employees like Wen Wensen and Mamomokai quickly mastered the art with guidance from their colleagues. Mamomokai even plans to bring this delicious Chinese delicacy back to Myanmar.
This event uses culture as a bond to promote exchanges between Chinese and foreign employees, further enhance team cohesion, and create a warm and happy working home.
Yixing Bamboo Sea Team Building
In July, the company organized its employees to go to Yixing Bamboo Sea for team-building activities, allowing employees to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of work and enjoy the natural greenery.

During the Myanmar factory's 10th anniversary celebration, the company organized more than 10 competitive and fun sports, including women's football, tug-of-war, and sprint relay. Chinese and Myanmar employees participated together, deepening cultural exchanges through collaborative events. The Bangladesh factory focused on a cricket championship. Eight departmental teams went through multiple rounds of elimination. In the end, the HTC Kings Eleven team won the championship with their teamwork. The entire event was integrated into the local national sports culture. The Wuxi headquarters focused on traditional sports and held a tug-of-war competition for employees. Departments competed for strength using a round-robin points system, creating a team atmosphere of "using competition to promote integration" on site.
