The company strictly abides by and implements the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Labor Contract Law, and local labor laws and regulations overseas, establishing a labor management system that is highly consistent with national laws. The company has 73 ethnic minority employees, primarily from the Dai, Jingpo, De'ang, and Hani ethnic groups.
