Testing Center
In order to better improve the product quality of the enterprise, strengthen the total quality management, improve the added value of products and the competitiveness of the enterprise, the enterprise has set up a testing center with national laboratory accreditation qualification. Its construction area is about 800 square meters, equipped with a comprehensive office, reception room, rating room, color fastness room, constant temperature and humidity room, chemical testing room, sun room, washing testing room and sample room. It has more than 70 sets of advanced testing equipment at home and abroad, such as formaldehyde tester, pH meter, combustion tester, pilling tester, bursting strength tester, hook wire tester, electronic tensile strength machine, Q-SUN sun machine, color fastness to washing machine, etc.
Handa testing center has experienced, familiar with domestic and foreign standards of laboratory management personnel and professional testing team. The detection capability covers AATCC, ASTM, ISO, JIS, GB, FZ and other international and domestic textile detection standards. The detection items include more than 100 detection items such as pH value, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to water stains, strength, fluffing and pilling, etc.
The company has established a continuous Improvement Department, which includes Quality Management Department, Quality System Management and Testing Centers. The main responsibilities of this department are to manage the entire enterprise's quality management, production efficiency, cost control, customer service enhancement, etc., helping the company achieve continuous improvement, enhance market value and sustainable development.
The company is constantly improving the functions of the Continuous Improvement Department, independent of production, to ensure that products meet high quality standards. At the same time, establish and continuously improve the quality management system and tracking control system. According to the requirements of design, process technology and quality control procedures, strengthen the quality management of all employees, the whole process and all-round, standardize and control every activity in the whole production process, implement strict access standards, and never put raw materials that do not meet the quality and safety standards into storage, and never leave the warehouse for unqualified products, so as to ensure product quality in strict accordance with and meet the contract, national, industry quality and safety regulations and policies.
In 2023, the company carried out a comprehensive and in-depth review of its quality manual. The corresponding regulations, standards and operational guidelines were improved to make the content more rich, detailed and practical, ensuring that the quality management of each process is effectively controlled.
At the same time, the "Detailed Rules for Fabric Quality Inspection Process", "Detailed Rules for Auxiliary Material Quality Inspection Process", "Provisions and Judgment Standards for Fabric Inspection Process" and "Garment QA Operation Manual" have been improved to standardize the work processes of quality positions such as fabric, auxiliary materials and garment QA, and regularly assess relevant personnel to ensure the implementation of quality-related processes. Regularly carry out quality position related personnel "Moncell color chess" assessment, improve employee color recognition and ensure product color accuracy.
