Handa Industries actively participated in the "One-Day Charity Donation" public welfare project of Wuxi Charity Federation.
Funds from the "One-Day Charity Donation" will be used for four major projects: poverty alleviation, education assistance, disability assistance, and the construction of beautiful rural housing. These funds will cover subsistence allowance families, people with disabilities, and children in difficult circumstances. The company's Myanmar factory donated money to help with flood relief efforts
In early September 2024, tropical storms caused floods and landslides in many parts of Myanmar. Handa Industries' Myanmar factory quickly launched a disaster relief response, raising a total of over 70 million Myanmar Kyats in supplies and donations.
To ensure targeted aid delivery, the Handa Myanmar factory collaborated with local charities and government agencies to procure drinking water, food, and other supplies based on the needs of the affected areas. The HR and administrative team and volunteers traveled overnight over weekends to deliver supplies to affected areas, including Dongnu City, Yunhe Road District 2, and the Golden Eagle Temple.
