In the process of global layout, it is very important to formulate clear strategic goals. Handa Enterprise has established a global strategic goal of "building production bases near consumption sites" in order to better meet customer and market demand, reduce costs and improve response speed.
In 2023, the overseas layout of the enterprise will be further expanded. In addition to the production bases in Myanmar and Egypt, a new production base has been added in Bangladesh, which marks the firm steps taken by Hengda in its global layout and will further optimize the supply chain and effectively promote the continuous growth of the enterprise.
Production Base
Handa Industrial Park
Handa Industrial Park is located in Dongbeitang Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It serves as the Functional Knitted Fabric Product Development Base of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, the Functional Knitted Fabric Trend Research Center, and a base for garment production, product research, and design. Covering an area of approximately 75,600 square meters, it hosts companies like Wuxi Hengbo Textile Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Hengnuo Textile Technology Co., Ltd.
Handa Dyeing Park
Handa Printing and Dyeing Industrial Park is located at No. 188, Nongxin Road, Dongbeitang, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It serves as a processing base for knitted fabric dyeing and finishing, covering an area of 33,000 square meters. Wuxi Handa Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. is stationed here.
Weaving Park
The weaving park is located at No. 8 Jingda South Road, Xibeizhen, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Covering an area of 48,848 square meters, it serves as a weaving base for warp-knitted knitted fabrics. Handa Corporation's Hengnuo Weaving Factory is stationed here.
Yunnan Factory
The Handa Yunnan factory is located at No. 7 of Qiangyuan Road in Mangshi Industrial Park, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It covers an area of 2700 square meters and serves as a garment production base for the enterprise.
Myanmar Factory
Handa Myanmar Factories are located in Shuilinban Industrial Zone, Ledayah City, Yangon Province, Republic of Myanmar Union. The No.1 Garment Factory is located at 288 Riverside Road, Shuilingban Industrial Zone, with a construction area of 11000 ㎡, 25 production lines and 1100 employees. The No.2 Garment Factory is located at the junction of Wushuibin Road and Wumu Road, Shuilingban Industrial Zone, with a construction area of 42000 ㎡, 73 production lines and 3500 employees; no. 3 Garment Factory is located at 480 Wumasuwen Road, Shuiling Ban Industrial Zone, with a construction area of 16000 ㎡, 41 production lines and 1800 employees. At the same time, the Myanmar factory has a printing factory and embroidery factory, weaving factory and printing and dyeing factory in preparation.
Egypt Factory
Handa Enterprise Egypt Factory is located in Bilbais, Egypt, covering an area of 35000 ㎡. It is a garment processing base set up by the enterprise in Africa, with 26 assembly lines and 1700 employees. The second phase of the Egyptian project and the supporting fabric factory are under construction.
Bangladesh Factory (New)
The Handa Bangladesh factory is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The plant covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and is a new garment processing base added by Handa Enterprise in 2023, which will be put into production at the beginning of 2024.
