Donated temple schools to help orphans and poor children go to school for free
During the Myanmar Charity Festival, the three factories and employees of Handa Myanmar donated a total of 8 million Kyat to the Thardu Dhama monastery. Thardu Dhama is a Buddhist temple that Handa has dedicated every year since he moved to Myanmar.
Most temples in Myanmar also have a social responsibility to adopt and educate orphans. The Thardu Dhama Temple is also not an exception. It has been transformed into a four-floor temple building, including a school for orphans, with the help of a charity enterprise led by Handa and the surrounding devotees. The school has 10 classes, including a kindergarten, a preschool, a primary school and a junior high school. Besides more than 20 orphans adopted by the temple, the school also accepts children from poor families around the school free of charge. The teachers of the school are also volunteers.

Handa Primary School was built to provide educational opportunities for children in poor mountainous areas
In 2012, Handa Industries donated to build Ebi Handa Primary School, which provides a bright and spacious learning environment for children in the mountainous areas. After learning about that the children needed a paper-making workshop to make the traditional Dongba paper of the Naxi nationality, the company immediately donated 10,000 yuan to build the paper-making workshop, which was successfully completed, helping the Naxi culture keep up its a long history and become the teaching characteristics of the Eya School.
After that, Handa Industries donated 40,000 yuan again to carry out the Naxi culture inheritance project, subsidize the village school of Naxi nationality in Eya to carry out teaching work of inheriting Naxi culture, establish school-based courses, and opened courses like Dongba language, linen weaving, Dongba paper-making, traditional dances and other activities.
