Qinghe Institute and Xishan District Commerce Bureau visited Handa to jointly explore paths of innovation and development in the circular economy.

On the afternoon of July 1st, a delegation led by Dr. Jiang Nanqing, former UN Environment Programme official and President of the Green Fusion Circular Economy and Carbon Neutrality Research Institute, Sun Xiao, Secretary-General of the Institute, Ma Zheng, Director of the Consulting and Training Department, and Liu Xiao, Deputy Director of the Xishan District Commerce Bureau, visited Handa for an inspection tour and exchange. They were cordially received by Han Chun, Chairman and CEO of Handa, Jiang Yanhui, Senior Vice President, and Sun Enmei from the Sustainable Development Office.

Chairman Han expressed a warm welcome to President Jiang Nanqing and her delegation, and briefly introduced Handa's achievements and future plans in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, green production, and the development of low-carbon circular products. He emphasized that Handa consistently regards sustainable development as one of its core strategies, committing itself to reducing energy consumption and emissions through technological innovation and digital transformation. The company is also intensifying its exploration and R&D of low-carbon circular products, including the development of biodegradable materials and the promotion of recyclable products, with the aim to satisfy the market's growing demand for green consumption.

President Jiang Nanqing and her team members commended Handa highly for its efforts in sustainability. They engaged in a fruitful sharing and discussion on international environmental protection trends, policy directions, technological innovations, and low-carbon circular economy initiatives.
