Handa Myanmar Garment Staff Receive Thadingyut Festival Benefits
As the Thadingyut Festival comes once again, thousands of lamps glow beneath the moon, and families offer prayers for blessings. To carry forward this traditional Myanmar festival culture, recognize the dedication and teamwork of every Handa member, convey the care of our enterprise and unite our strength, Handa Industries has prepared gifts of rice and cooking oil to extend sincere festival greetings and warm welfare to all colleagues of the Myanmar Garment Division.
On October 24, the distribution of rice and cooking oil welfare for the Thadingyut Festival was carried out in an orderly manner at the Myanmar Garment Division. Well-planned and comprehensive, this distribution covers employees across all factories, workshops and positions, ensuring full welfare coverage for local staff so that no team member is left out of the festive warmth. Bags of rice and cans of cooking oil were neatly arranged. Rice symbolizes abundance, and oil embodies the flavour of home, carrying the company’s best wishes for every employee: may your kitchens stay stocked, your tables be filled, your homes peaceful and your lives sweet. The distribution site was filled with cheerful chatter and a warm, festive atmosphere.
Thadingyut Festival is an important annual traditional festival in Myanmar, when people light lamps to pay homage to Buddha, show gratitude to elders and gather with their families. Handa has rooted in Myanmar for many years. The rice and cooking oil welfare has been delivered year after year without interruption. This token of care travels from the headquarters across mountains and seas to the Myanmar factories. It brings Handa’s talent philosophy — “Handa is an ocean that embraces all” — to the daily meals of every local employee, so that colleagues from different factories and positions can share the same festive warmth.
Bright lamps light the way ahead; united hearts march toward a new journey. May these countless lamps illuminate the way home for every Handa family member. May these gifts of rice and cooking oil warm the ordinary, homely moments of every household. We wish all Handa colleagues a healthy and joyful festival, happy family reunions and smooth days ahead year after year. Let us make a promise beneath the lamps, stand together as one, and stride hand in hand toward a brighter future.
